"Crónica de una Banda" is a research book by the musicologist, by the Royal Conservatory of 
Music of Madrid, Laura Sánchez Domènech.
In it is contained the history of the Band of Music of Brihuega since its foundation in 1868

The work is supervised by its professor in the Chair of Musicology, D. Jacinto Torres Mulas, 
of the Real Academy of Doctors of Spain. He himself says in the prologue: "... Laura Sánchez 
Domènech has been a distinguished student in my Chair of Musicology during the four years of 
his career in that specialty at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid, studies that 
culminated with the most brilliant result ...

Because I have been in charge of the work from the beginning, I can with legitimate 
satisfaction bear witness that the process of gestation and subsequent development have 
followed with the greatest care the steps that the most rigorous methodology ... The reader
